5 cups brussel sprout, shaved

⅕ cup olive oil

⅕ cup lemon juice

1 cup roasted walnut

½ cup dried berries of your choosing

⅓ cup ricotta cheese shaved

Salt and pepper

Cooking instructions:

  • Slice the brussel sprout using mandoline, set aside
  • Wash the sliced brussel sprout, and let it dry with a vegetable drier
  • Mix brussel sprout, lemon juice, walnut, dried berries, and cheese into a bowl and toss it
  • Drizzle with olive oil


You can always use different nuts or mixed grains to add more texture

Adding more crunchy vegetables will result in a complex taste.
