Ingredients
  

  • 200g ricotta
  • 130g prosciutto cotto
  • 1 yolk
  • dry rosemary
  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • salt
  • a small piece of garlic

Instructions
 

  • For this pastry, I use puff pastry. Place the dough rectangle on a baking sheet greased with oil. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the ricotta and salt.Spread only half of the dough.
  • Take the prosciutto and put it on the ricotta.
  • Wrap this with the second part of the dough and close it with your fingers, making a wavy frame.
  • Grease the top of the dough with egg yolk.
  • Make cuts with a round serrated knife and sprinkle with dry rosemary. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
