Ingredients
- 200g ricotta
- 130g prosciutto cotto
- 1 yolk
- dry rosemary
- 1 roll puff pastry
- salt
- a small piece of garlic
Instructions
- For this pastry, I use puff pastry. Place the dough rectangle on a baking sheet greased with oil. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the ricotta and salt.Spread only half of the dough.
- Take the prosciutto and put it on the ricotta.
- Wrap this with the second part of the dough and close it with your fingers, making a wavy frame.
- Grease the top of the dough with egg yolk.
- Make cuts with a round serrated knife and sprinkle with dry rosemary. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
