- 2 bananas
- 100 ml. of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 5g. of black chocolate

- Cut a peeled banana into pieces and place them in a zip-top bag. Put the bag in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight (the latter is more convenient).
- Once frozen, place the banana pieces in a blender. Add dark chocolate, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and place it in the freezer for about 5 hours to make the ice cream.
