Ukrainian cheesecakes (syrnyky)

Ingredients
  

  • 350 g. of cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoon of semolina
  • 3 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • q.b vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix cottage cheese, yolk, semolina in a deep bowl
  • Sift the flour together with the baking powder. Add sugar and mix everything.
  • First form a ball with your hands and press it with a glass, and then cover the cheesecake with glasses and swirl the glass for a few seconds to make a perfect round shape.
  • If you have time, when all the pancakes are ready, put them in the fridge for 30 minutes. Or in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Fry in vegetable oil, on medium heat on both sides. Cover while frying
