Pasta with Pumpkin

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gr pumpkin
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley
  • 100 ml salted water
  • 300 gr pasta
  • 2 tbsp milk cream

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the pumpkin.
  • Cut into cubes.
  • Pour a little oil into a heated pan, add black pepper and put a clove of garlic.
  • Remove the garlic after 2 minutes and pour the pumpkin cubes.
  • Chop and add parsley.
  • Pour water.
  • Add cream.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
  • When the pumpkin is cooked, grind it with a blender.
  • Add a little bit of lemon juice.
  • Mix and place on a serving plate.
