Instructions
Wash and peel the pumpkin.
Cut into cubes.
Pour a little oil into a heated pan, add black pepper and put a clove of garlic.
Remove the garlic after 2 minutes and pour the pumpkin cubes.
Chop and add parsley.
Pour water.
Add cream.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
When the pumpkin is cooked, grind it with a blender.
Add a little bit of lemon juice.
Mix and place on a serving plate.
