Crostata with strawberry jam

Ingredients
  

  • 390g of flour
  • 40g of starch
  • 140 g of sugar
  • Salt q.b.

Instructions
 

  • Mix eggs with sugar in a deep bowl.
  • Grind the butter, sift the flour through a sieve and add the starch.
  • Knead the dough with gentle movements.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 ml. Put it in a mold and make sides
  • Spread the jam all over the form.
  • Roll out the other part of the dough and make strips about 2.5 cm wide.
  • Lay strips of dough on top there to make a lattice. Bake in an oven heated to 180 C for 40 minutes
