Instructions
Mix eggs with sugar in a deep bowl.
Grind the butter, sift the flour through a sieve and add the starch.
Knead the dough with gentle movements.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 ml. Put it in a mold and make sides
Spread the jam all over the form.
Roll out the other part of the dough and make strips about 2.5 cm wide.
Lay strips of dough on top there to make a lattice. Bake in an oven heated to 180 C for 40 minutes
