Ingredients
  

For pie

  • 150 g flour
  • 130 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 8-9 apricots

For caramel

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Pour sugar, softened butter, and eggs into a deep bowl. Beat with a blender. Then add flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat again until well combined.
  • In a separate pan, pour sugar and let it melt. It should brown slightly but not too much. Then add the butter and stir to create a caramel sauce.
  • Cut the washed apricots into halves and place them in the pan with the caramel sauce. Allow the apricots to caramelize over low heat for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Pour the prepared dough into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
  • Arrange the caramelized apricot halves on top of the dough.
    Bake the cake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
