Ingredients
  

  • 120g. of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 0.5 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 100g. of sugar
  • q.b. jam
  • 400g. of mascarpone cheese
  • 200g. of fresh cream
  • 2/3 tablespoon of sugar
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs, pinch of salt and sugar with a mixer until frothy.
  • Now I add flour and baking powder, and mix again
  • Pour the dough onto a lined baking sheet, bake for 8-9 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C
  • Meanwhile, let's prepare the cream. Beat mascarpone cheese, cream and sugar in a deep bowl with a mixer.
  • Take the finished sponge cake out of the oven, spread it with jam, and then spread cream on top.
  • Cut the biscuit into pieces.
  • Twist the cake in the form of a roll.
  • Decorate with raspberries and blueberries on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate. We put it in the fringer for 30 minutes and enjoy the cake with a cup of aromatic coffee
