Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces (the smaller the pieces, the less time it will take to cook).
Pour olive oil into a pan, and fry the onion and carrot first, around 5 mins. And then add the rest of the vegetables, pour water, salt, add a soup cube and cook for 1 hour. 30 min.
Meantime, toast pieces of bread in a pan, adding spices.
When the vegetables are cooked, give them some time (10-15 minutes) to cool down. Grind with a blender to get cream soup.
Notes
You can use more pumpkin to get a more orange soup.
