Ingredients
  

  • 10 leaves of cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 150 g. of stuffing
  • 1 small onion
  • Salt, black pepper q.b.
  • 200 g. of rice

Instructions
 

  • Separate the cabbage leaves.
  • Cover them with water in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes
  • Pour rice into a saucepan, cover with water, cook for about 6 minutes.
  • Grate the carrots on a medium grater
  • Fry in a pan with chopped onions. Turn off the heat and then add rice and minced meat.
  • If the leaves are too large, divide them into 2 halves. Put the filling on the leaf and wrap it in a roll
  • Put all rolls in a big bowl, cover with water and cook for 1 hour. During cooking add tomatoes souse.
