  • 1 banana
  • 3.5 tbsp of oats
  • 1 tsp of yogurt
  • 1 egg

  • First smooth the banana, then add eggs, oats, cinnamon, yogurt and mix well.
  • Pour this mixture into the pan. Make such an omelette.
