Ingredients
  

  • 250 g tofu
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • juice of half of lime
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • A little bit of maple syrup for caramelisation

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, chili, garlic, and ginger powder.
  • Place the tofu on a towel and gently pat it dry to enhance its crispiness.
  • Separate the tofu into small pieces.
  • Coat the tofu pieces with the mixture prepared in step 1.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated tofu on it. Drizzle some maple syrup over the tofu for caramelization. You can also add your choice of seeds as a topping.
    Bake the tofu at 175°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
