Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 10 tbsp crushed cornflakes
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken fillet into pieces or strips, approximately 2 cm wide. Pat dry all the pieces with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  • Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl. Add paprika, salt, and pepper, allowing them to marinate for a few minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, crush the cornflakes.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, ensuring they are fully coated, and then into the crushed flakes, gently pressing to help the flakes adhere to the chicken.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking tray and drizzle them with a little olive oil.
    Bake the chicken in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes.
