Ingredients
  

  • 350g. of green beans
  • 5 pieces of acciughe
  • 2 tablespoon of bread crumbs
  • q.b salt
  • 1 garlic
  • q.b olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the beans thoroughly. cut off the ends of the beans.
  • Place the beans in a pot of water and add salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes. When the beans are cooked, place them in cold water to preserve the bright color of the beans
  • Cut the beans into smaller pieces 3 cm long.
  • Take anchovies and cut into small pieces.
  • Pour a little oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and turn on light gas. Add chopped pieces of acciughi and breadcrumbs. Mix everything and turn off gas.
